A South Korean business has announced a plan to funnel nearly VND20
billion (US$950,000) into a high-quality rice growing area in the
southern province of Tay Ninh.
Northern Nam Dinh province will support the construction of a US$4.5
billion Hai Hau thermal power plant in Hai Hau District beginning in
2014, said province chairman Nguyen Van Tuan.
